Meeting Room Reservation

City Hall meeting rooms are available only to Mequon citizens and business owners. Please review the NEW City of Mequon Facility Use Policy linked below to verify your request is permitted and understand the regulations of usage. Complete your written request form, and return it to the Clerk's Office. We will confirm your submission.

The facilities and rooms for use are as follows:

City Hall North Conference Room  Capacity 12
City Hall South Conference Room (Not available 8a-4:30p on weekdays) Capacity 20
City Hall Lower Level  (Not available at this time due to remodeling) Capacity 80 
City Hall Council Chambers  (Christine Nuernberg Hall) Capacity 150   

 

The Safety Building is reserved through the Police Department 262-242-3500.  

Reservations may only be submitted for the current calendar year. You may verify date/time availability on the City Calendar, with the understanding that this is not a comprehensive list. 

City staff will set up the room according to your request within reason.  Please review the NEW Facility Use Policy, and refer closely to the Reservation Form (linked below). The City reserves the right to cancel a reservation at anytime. If you have any questions, contact the Clerk's Office at 262-236-2914.
