Pavilion Rentals

Renting a Park Pavilion

  1. Check Availability
    Email parks [at] cityofmequonwi.gov to request availability for your desired date and pavilion. If looking to use a meeting room space at City Hall, visit the Meeting Room Request page for additional details. 

  2. Receive a Date Hold
    If your requested pavilion and date are available, you will receive a temporary hold. Rentals are held on a first-come, first-served basis.

  3. Complete and Submit the Application and Deposit
    To secure your rental, submit the completed application along with the required deposit using one of the following methods: 

    • Email, mail, or deliver the application in person

    • Pay the deposit by:

      • Credit card, cash, or check in person at the Department of Public Works or Mequon City Hall.

        • Please bring a copy of your invoice when paying deposit. 

      • Mailing a check to:
        City of Mequon Parks

        Mequon, WI 53092-1930

  4. Receive Confirmation and Invoice
    Once the application and deposit are received, you will receive an email with:

    • Your approved application, and

    • An invoice for the remaining balance, which is due 30 days prior to the event.

 

Additional Details

  • The City of Mequon schedules rentals up to a year in advance.
  • Pavilions are not available to rent during Thanksgiving Weekend or between Christmas and New Year's due to staffing restrictions.
