Clerk FAQ

The Mid Moraine Municipal Court reserves our City Hall Council Chambers for their needs.  All attendees should use the entrance off of Cedarburg Rd. (East entrance).  Mequon City Hall has no affiliation with the court nor any details regarding court dates, tickets, etc.  Please contact Mid Moraine with any questions: 262-334-5700

City Hall meeting rooms are available to Mequon residents and Mequon business owners.  Visit the Meeting Room Reservation page for more information.

Submit a written request by completing a paper form with the City Clerk at City Hall,  cfochs [at] cityofmequonwi.gov (emailing the City Clerk)  or completing a request on myvote.wi.gov. You must renew your request for each election or for each calendar year. View additional information on the Voting Absentee information page of this website.

You can apply online via MyVote otherwise please visit the Poll Worker page on the City Clerk's site. 

Tax Payments are maintained by the Finance Department.  The City of Mequon Finance Department collects real estate taxes through January 31, along with a local bank assisting in accepting payments. Any payments made after January 31 are paid directly to the Ozaukee County Treasurer's Office. The County will collect the second installment payment due on or before July 31, along with a local bank assisting in accepting payments during the month of July. Click here for more information
