Karen Heil works as the Inspections Department Permit Coordinator. In her position, Karen assists the inspectors with processing, issuing, scheduling and closing out permits for: Building, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Occupancy. Karen completes monthly reports for the city and state, helps residents and contractors at the Inspection Department's counter and works as the Architectural Board’s liaison.
