David Bialk serves the City of Mequon as the Southern Ozaukee Fire & EMS Department Chief. Chief Bialk started his career as a volunteer firefighter in 1980. He has served as a volunteer and career firefighter as well as a chief officer throughout Milwaukee County before coming to Mequon in 2006. The Chief holds an Associate degree from MATC, a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University and is a recent graduate of the Midwest Leadership Institute.
