The City of Mequon is seeking proposals from qualified information technology service providers to furnish comprehensive IT support and consulting services for the City of Mequon. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a qualified IT service provider to partner with the City’s existing IT staff by providing supplemental technical expertise, responsive support, strategic guidance, and ongoing technology management services. The City seeks a responsive, experienced, and customer-focused firm capable of providing reliable technology support, cybersecurity services, strategic planning support, and technology management to support municipal operations. The selected firm will assist and work in conjunction with the current IT staff on day-to-day operations and emergency services as required.
